He worked with me on the materials and the design, and delivered exactly what I was looking for. He also sent it to me a few weeks ahead of schedule! He was very communicative, and responded very quickly to my questions.
In terms of comfort – he sent me his personal ring sizers in the mail, and I tried them on a few times over several days to settle on a size, and the size is perfect. We also discussed the width and his suggestion turned out just right. Very pleased!
