This custom Mokume Gane Wedding Band Set features our Guri Bori Pattern and 2.5mm Flush Set Diamonds and Sapphires. These stones came from heirloom jewelry that the customer provided. Both bands are 3mm in width and are shown in our Embers Metal Palette. The Embers Metal Combination features 14k Red Gold, Palladium, and Sterling Silver. They also have an Etched Finish and Low Dome Profile.

Embers

Etched

The silver layers are etched lightly to create valleys and lower patterns in the mokume. Giving the surface some texture and adding visual contrast.

Flat

The edges of the ring are flat against the finger such as a cut section of pipe would be. There are no domed sides. The outside of ring is flat with eased edges, the inside is comfort fit.

Flush Setting

Also called gypsy setting, when small stones are set in the band in a flat or flush way.

Guri Bori

Textured carved pattern, 3D forms meant to feel like mountains or hills.

Low Dome

The ring is domed so that the edges against the finger are more comfortable to wear. The outside of ring has a low dome profile, rounded edges, the inside is comfort fit.
